Проблема стандартная, звучит так: "К сожалению, вы не прошли проверку. Отдохните и попробуйте ещё раз через несколько часов. "
Искал ответ в интернете, нашёл решение исправлением файла "Hosts"
Нашёл файл у себя, но он выглядит вроде бы нормально, вот пример:

# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
